2 double rooms available in Hackney

Hello! We have two rooms available from the 1st of June in a gorgeous house in lower Clapton in Hackney. It's a 10 minute walk to Homerton station, 15 mins to Hackney Central and Clapton. The house has 3 bedrooms, one which is occupied and the other two are available.

The house is a few mins from Chatsworth road where there's lots of local shops and restaurants and just round the corner from hackney central. It takes 5 mins to walk to the canal which is so ideal for runs and in the summer!

The house is completely new. It's very modern and has three floors and a small patio outdoor space.

The ground floor has an open plan kitchen/living room with a sky light so feels very bright! It also has the bathroom that literally makes you feel like you're in a hotel.

The two available rooms are on the lower ground floor. Please note these are unfurnished, unless sublet for a few months in which case furniture can be provided. They're both very spacious and look out onto the patio.

We also have two storage cupboards so plenty of space!

It has a dishwasher, a washing machine and a boiling hot water tap.

The flat was unfurnished but we've set the living room up with a sofa. There are loads of plants & outdoor furniture.
