Your room:
- huge double bedroom, space for a kingsize bed

- You will share a spacious, modern bathroom that also includes a bathtub with one other flat mate.

The flat:
- There is another communal balcony
- Plus a massive roof terrace on the 5th floor of the building
- Kitchen with all amenities including a dishwasher
- The flat has been decorated by us and a lot of love has been put into the interior design to create a home.
- You will also have access to the free gym onsite
- 24/7 Concierge, making parcel delivery easy (or very handy if you lose your keys!)
- We are a 3min walk from Hackney Wick overground
- 5 minute walk from Victoria Park
- There are endless restaurants and drinking spots right on our doorstep
- Stratford is a 15min walk or 1 stop on the overground
- In the building we also have bike storage

About us

Elissa [30]: From Australia but living in London for 3.5 years with my partner Curtis. I absolutely love cooking and hosting dinners round at the flat. I enjoy travelling and spending time in Europe now that I have the luxury of being so close. During the week I am working from home (I am a UX Designer) and enjoy chilled evenings watching tv, sharing a dinner or two together and visiting local restaurants or bars. And on the weekends there tends to be a lot more socialising and seeing all the fun things London has to offer.

Maddie [27]: Works in Content and Marketing for an Aussie company, but living the remote working life dream from London and traveling around Europe whenever I can. I work from home during the week, and in my free time I love drawing, creating video content (anything creative really), binge watching Greys Anatomy, going for dinners and catching up with housemates/friends over a bottle of wine.

Curtis [30]: Works as a medical writer and is also working from home during the week. Curtis loves skateboarding and will be more than happy to teach you. Curtis is passionate about music and finding fun gigs to go to. He also enjoys cooking, drawing, reading and is always up for a night out or a night in.

We are house proud and all put in equal effort to keep the place clean and tidy. We would love our future flatmate to become a friend someone who wants to chill out together in the evenings whether that be a walk around Vicky park, sharing a glass of wine, watching Netflix or going out.

Please note: This is a short let as our appartment is being sold in September. Our flat was originally unfurnished but our housemate can kindly arrange a bed and drawers if you require.
