Who? The flat is to be shared with one person only, me, a professional female. We would both be responsible for the safety, comfort and cleanliness of home.

-The first floor of the duplex is comprised of a spacious living room with dining and working areas as well as a very sunny fully equipped kitchen with a balcony. Cooking lovers welcome!

-The second floor of the duplex is comprised of 2 double bedrooms with a full bathroom each.

I am looking for another female (preferably but not necessarily) to share this space with. References from work and previous/current landlord will be required as well as Right to Rent certificate (easily obtained online).
