Hello, I’m currently moving in with my boyfriend and I would like to find the perfect match for this beautiful room.
✨Contract to start 1st May✨
Really well located , 3 minutes from Ravenscourt Park station, 10 minutes from Hammersmith and circle lines. You have King street at your feet with boots, TK maxx, primark, Lidl, Sainsbury’s, pure gym, even IKEA next to you.
Also really close to the riverside which is a big bonus especially when it’s sunny!!!
You’ll live with two lovely girls from Argentina, clean, cool and fun! They like to cook, workout and sharing is caring mentality is a big bonus in this house as well!
You’ll share the toilet with only one more person and the kitchen and living room is shared as well but they’re pretty big spaces with two couches and table if you like to share the space but not too close to someone.
The utility bills are around £100 per month and the deposit is £850.
The room comes with a double bed, mattress, and two clothes racks and I’m happy to sell.
