The location is fantastic, just a 10-minute walk from Hammersmith Station, providing easy access to the Piccadilly, District, and Hammersmith & City lines. The area boasts supermarkets, the bustling King Street with its cafes, bars, and restaurants, a gym with a swimming pool just 5 minutes away, and the serene Ravenscourt Park and Thames River within a 15-minute reach.

About the Flat:
Room: Double bed, cabinet , bedside table provided.
Common Areas: Shared bathroom, kitchen, and living room.
Rent: £1020 per person per month, with a potential increase in May upon contract renewal.
Deposit: £1000 will be hold in deposit account
Additional Costs: average £160 per person per month (for Water £34, Internet £30, Insurance £20, Council £120, Gas & Electricity £80-£150 )
About Me:
I'm a 39-year-old professional working for an insurance company. I spend three days working from home and two days at the office. I have a friendly and fluffy cat that adds warmth to the home. When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time at home, practicing yoga, trying out new recipes, mixing cocktails, watching movies, and indulging in some good readings. I'm easy-going, friendly, and maintain a clean living space.

I'm searching for a professional aged 30 or older who is easy-going, friendly, and appreciates a clean and respectful living environment. It's essential that my future flatmate is comfortable with taking care of my cat when I'm away for holidays.
