Communal kitchen comes fully furnished with large fridge, washer/dryer, microwave, kettle, quad hob, oven and toaster. Small communal living space shared between 4 tenants. 1 shower room with toilet and 1 additional toilet.

Flat is above a pub The Stonemasons Arms with private entrance. Heavily insulated so no noise from the pub.

Ideally 6-12 month let with 1 month’s notice required.
£100 key deposit on arrival. Returnable when key is returned and room cleaned to an agreed standard.

Rent due in advance by standing order on 25th of prior month on standing order.
e. g. paid by 25th May for June

Initial vetting will be done by the landlord's Charlie & Dicky over email and phone, then viewings will be done with the current tenants Natalia & Lucian to find a tenant who will fit harmoniously in the flat.
