Nice double bedroom to rent in a 3 bedroom apartment a few min away from Hammersmith tube station and 3 min walking from the riverside. It is a very well-connected area and has lots of amenities around.
After a few years in London and two and a half in the flat, I’m moving back to Spain. You will
live with two Spanish ladies in their early 30s’. They are clean and quiet. We like to take care of the house as it is our house.
Looking for someone who is currently working, clean, and easygoing.
The ladies will carefully select the future tenant since they would like to find someone who fits the vibe of the house.
Girls prefer. Bills are not included. We pay electricity and gas every three months and can be up to 170£ each. And wifi and TV license £15 monthly.
