We are advertising a double room in a 3-bed, spacious flat in Hammersmith. The property contains one toilet, bathroom, kitchen and fully furnished lounge. It is located just off the Hammersmith high-street of Kings Street and a 5-minute walk from Hammersmith tube station in zone 2. It is a 2 minutes walk from sainsburys and a 5 minute walk to the pubs on the river.
We are two 22 year old medical students going into 5th year. Our current flatmate of 3 years has just moved out with his girlfriend so we've been left with a free room. The other tenant's dad is the landlord and is very easygoing and nice.
We are looking for a flatmate who is easygoing, friendly and social.
