Spacious Double room to let in Hammersmith

I have a furnished double room to rent in a three bedroom flat by the Fulham Palace Road in Hammersmith.
In the flat we have a spacious kitchen with living room and two bathrooms. Flat is fully furnished, we have TV, access to BT Broadband, PS3.
You will be sharing flat with two fashion business students, females. We are 24-27 years old, easy going, sociable people. We have been living together for 5 years now so the house is always tidy and organised, we are not a party animals however we do not mind to invite friends over from time to time and have a couple of drinks together. Therefore we are looking for flatmate whom we could call a friend, someone who likes to have a chat, listen to music, relax together. We like to travel, explore London, cook at home, relax, go out with friends.
House is situated by the main road, 5 minutes walking from Hammersmith station which has great communication with the rest of London.
By the main road you will find all sort of shops you may need, there is boots, sainsbury, tesco, waitrose, lots of restaurants, cafes, beauty saloons as well as local pubs and riverside 5 minutes away.
The rent is £700 per month, and every three months we equally share gas/electricity bills which are usually around £80 per person every three months.

Room will be free on 28th of March but I would like to do viewings since now anytime between Monday and Thursday
