Shared living and kitchen area, both furnished to a high specification. Washing machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer all in the kitchen.

The landlord doesn't mind pets living at the place, but I haven't got any (yet!)

I am a professional who works in sport so can be away for periods during the summer. I'm 32, like a glass of wine, travelling and cooking. Am happy to share the cooking or do my own thing.

I am tidy but laid back so if you leave a plate in the sink I won't mind!
My current housemate is moving out to buy a place so is fairly flexible about the moving date.

The flat is 5 minutes walk from the Picaddily, District, Hammersmith & City and Circle lines, the Hammersmith Apollo, Virgin Active and Fitness First gyms (both with pools) and about 50 takeaways/ restaurants/ bars. It is also really close to Westfield and QPR, Chelsea and Fulham's football grounds.
