Light double room on the second floor of a beautiful riverside house on Mall Road, Hammersmith from 30th September. A 6 minute walk to Hammersmith tube. The mall and Thames are at the end of the road with great pubs and walks. The bedroom window has a view up towards Barnes. There are storage cupboards and a large wardrobe and storage space in a small room on the first floor. The room is available from 30th September.

You'd be sharing with me and Steve in the maisonette (ground floor up). Margot lives in the garden basement flat which is part of the tenancy because of a connected staircase; we live separately but share the garden and consider ourselves housemates. We're all considerate, friendly and like a laugh.

The house is furnished by us and the current tenant is looking to sell all their existing bedroom furniture, if of interest.

We don't have pets but we sometimes have neighbouring kitty visitors so would welcome someone who likes cats!
