We are looking for a new housemate to share our fantastic 4 bedroomed, 3rd floor apartment in Brook Green, W6. I am sad to move out of this beautiful apartment I have called home for three years. We are all professional ladies who all get along well and enjoy a variety of activities, ranging from running and yoga to drinking cocktails, watching Gogglebox and a slightly competitive Monday night fixation with University Challenge. We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, considerate, professional woman who wants a home, not just a short-term flat share. The apartment is within a gated Edwardian mansion block, with a communal garden and private parking. There is an on-site porter who looks after the gardens and the communal areas in the daytime.

The room is a large double room overlooking the garden with 2 large window facing east for morning sunshine with access to the balcony. It is carpeted, has window blinds and two radiators. The flat itself has plenty of storage including a separate utility room - perfect for drying clothes out of the way, and a shared walk in wardrobe off the living room. The rest of the flat consists of a large living room with sky TV and a balcony, a large bathroom with his and hers sinks, a large kitchen/dining room, a further WC and the other 3 bedrooms. The room is completed unfurnished.

The apartment is perfectly situated with excellent transport links - approximately 5 mins walk from Hammersmith station (district, Piccadilly, circle and Hammersmith and city lines) and about 15 mins walk from Olympia station (overground) and about 15mins walk to Shepherd's Bush station (Central line) with plenty of bus connections from Hammersmith Broadway and 30- 40 mins to get to Heathrow on the Piccadilly line. Brook green is a lovely area of London, quiet with period properties set around the Green, which has tennis courts. Hammersmith Bridge and the river is only a ten minute walk and you can run, cycle or slowly wander the Thames path to discover the perfect setting for Sunday lunch. There are a great selection of pubs and restaurants in every direction. A large Tesco and a Pure Gym are only 2 minutes away. Dangerously, Westfield White City is a ten minute walk!

My new flat purchase is going ahead, so a degree of flexibility is required with moving dates, but currently the mid - end of January 2017 is looking the most likely. We will only be able to arrange weekday evening viewings, so you will need to be eager, quick and flexible with giving up an evening / weekend afternoon to view our amazing flat.
