Sadly our housemate of two years has bought and is flying the nest.

Current housemates: 3 professionals in their late 20s/early 30s (and looking for a housemate within the same age range 28-33). We enjoy wine, food, being active and spending a lot of time out and about. We are a social house with separate groups of friends but also love to spend evenings together at home.

The house is great with a big living room, dining room and kitchen, we have a garden that’s great in the summer and the house has 2 and a half bathrooms.

We are walking distance to Hammersmith and Barons Court, the river is just a 5 minute walk and there is a park opposite.

The room available is on the second floor; there is a possibility the room will have some furniture.

Rent £988 plus bills which are around £120 a month.
