Hi everyone,

We have a double room available for rent starting from April 20th, with a 1-year contract.

The double room is priced at £600 monthly, with a £730 deposit, plus bills averaging around £130 each month during winter. As for summer, I am unsure of the exact amount, but it should be less than the current rate.

The flat has 3 flatmates: Valentina, Alex, and Mihai, aged between 25 and 35. We are all easygoing and friendly individuals. Our home is not a party house; rather, it's a relaxing and warm environment to unwind after a hard day's work. While we may occasionally have a cup of tea together, most of the time we respect each other's privacy and do not interact extensively.
