Double Room in Friendly West Kensington House

We are looking for an individual (no couples sorry) to take over a double room in our home in West Kensington from Monday 1st July.

Rent per month is £825 excluding bills, which are roughly £150 per person per month. The bills include council tax, gas, electricity, water, internet, TV licence and a cleaner.
If you WFH there is the option to use the study at additional £100 per month.

The house is a wonderful four story building with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen, living room, storage room, study and backyard with a BBQ. It has full fibre optic broadband with WiFi throughout and a fortnightly cleaner for the common areas and bathrooms.

The bedroom available is on the first floor and is spacious with lots of natural light, and plenty of built in cupboard and wardrobe space. The room comes furnished with a double bed and mattress however the departing housemate is open to leaving some of their furniture for a small cost.
You would be sharing a bathroom with one person.

You'll be living with four others:

The existing flatmates are all social and friendly but also respect each others privacy.

We are looking for someone who is easy going, fun, tidy, respectful and will want to make this house their home.
Not only are we looking for a housemate, we are looking for a person we can be friends with and share a meal or a few drinks together while still having our own things going on.

The house is in a quiet street in West Kensington and is very well connected:
- Piccadilly line (Barons Court 12 mins walk)
- District Line (West Kensington 10 mins walk, West Brompton 13 mins walk)
- Overground (West Brompton 13 mins walk)

Deposit is £1000 payable directly to the housemate leaving. You'll be transferred onto the lease through the property management company which is in place until April 2025.
