Room available at the end of April in a small, bright 2 bed flat in Hampstead. Five minutes from gorgeous Hampstead Heath and the cafés, restaurants and shops on Hampstead High Street.
Nearest tube is the Northern Line and there’s easy Overground access just around the corner.
Rent: £1050 pcm with added bills on top - roughly around £180 pp per month.
Not suitable for anyone WFH more than 2-3 days a week.

The flat is lovely, but small, so it is very important that we are respectful and mindful of each other’s space and privacy. It wouldn’t suit anyone who likes to party hard or someone who’s big into playing the drums, but if you are quiet, kind, considerate and bookish, it will most probably hit the spot!
The area is super quiet - no traffic noise or rowdy neighbours.

A little bit about me - I work locally and enjoy reading, walking on the Heath, going to comedy gigs, the cinema and theatre. I enjoy art and dabble with illustration in my spare time, and of course socialising with friends.

It would be great to find someone who is tidy, easygoing and comfortable in their own company, but who’s also happy to have a chat and perhaps share a meal every now and again. Zero pressure to socialise, but a friendly personality is important. It would be amazing if you are vegetarian but it’s not a must.

If you are looking for a calm space in a lovely part of London then I would love to hear from you. There will be the usual checks (salary, bank statements etc) done through an agency and the landlord before moving in.
