My flatmate is moving out of her room in our spacious 2 bed-2 bath apartment in Hampstead, and we are looking for someone to take over her lease from 15 August 2024 for a 12-month period, with the option to renew. (Possible to start 1 month earlier).

Location: Hampstead (6 min walk from the Northern Line tube station)
Rent: £1380 per person (bills not included)
Rooms: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (the available room is not ensuite)
Features: Plenty of natural light, spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, and a lovely terrace
I have lived here for 2 years and absolutely love the location, surroundings, and tranquility of Hampstead. It's a fantastic place to call home! I work as a Color Algorithm Data Analyst in Central London and I love travelling, reading, sketching and walking around London irrespective of the weather :)
