Double room in friendly flat-share, Hampstead

We are currently seeking a new housemate for a double room in our split level penthouse apartment.

This room will be avaiable for short-term let only for 3 months from June to September.

The current 6 housemates are all young working professionals (in luxury fashion, Social Media, Operations) who are quite busy leading their own lives, Although we are still a very social/friendly house and enjoy spending time with each other. We enjoy having a beer at home or just going to the local pubs together. We would love to have a new housemate that is generally tidy and just basically considerate of the other housemates but at the same time good fun.

The room itself is on the top floor, it is a large double room with 2 large fitted wardrobes, 2 velux windows overlooking London, double doors with access to the balcony, lots of storage space and shares a bathroom with just one other person on the top floor.

The house is split level (first floor has kitchen/lounge area, 3 ensuite bedrooms and main bathroom with bath, second floor has a further two bedrooms, bathroom and balcony). It has a large modern kitchen connected to a cosy loft style lounge/living room and a balcony that boasts sensational views of the city. There is plenty of storage cupboards and large communal areas with a big hallway. As explained, it is a 5 bedroom apartment but everyone has their own bathrooms so no queuing!! The house currently consists of 2 couples, 1 guy and a girl.

We are in a fantastic location, loads of shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants either in Hampstead or Finchley Road, all within 5 – 10 minutes walk, including a large Sainsburys. With a 7 minute walk to the tube, Jubilee line, and 10 minute walk to Northern Line it puts us in a great location to access all parts of London. Its also easy to go South or East as we have the overground within a two minute walk.
