This is a fantastic room, in a cosy Arts and Crafts cottage, in an astonishing architectural area.

The room is a bit on the cosy side for a couple, but I am open to male couples applying. The rate for two people would be £900 a month.

I am offering here a furnished double room in a quiet and very safe residential area.

There is a bathroom on the same floor of the house that will be for your sole use.

This is a quiet gay friendly household, not a party one. it is more suited to people in search of a sanctuary from the madness of 21st Century city life.

The nearest tube station is Golders Green on the Edgware branch of the Northern line. The H2 bus to Golders Green Station passes the front door every 15 minutes. The nearest shops are about a 5 minute walk and include Waitrose, Boots, M & S Foods and Costa. From here there are additional buses going to the West End and to Brent Cross Shopping Centre.

Hampstead Garden Suburb is internationally renowned as an early example of town and social planning with many architecturally interesting buildings. Tree lined roads with open spaces and woodland. There are a number of tennis clubs in the vicinity, but no local gyms.
