Furnished double bedroom in stylish but homely 2-bed flat, available to rent on a Monday-to-Friday basis or similar (eg if you only need to be in the office 2-3 days a week).
Note that the room is not available at weekends so it’s not possible to live here full time.
The bedroom is fully furnished and the flat as a whole is nicely decorated and always clean & tidy. You would be sharing with me, a single professional woman who works in tech, and have shared access to the kitchen, bathroom plus all of my mod-cons. Bedlinen and towels can also be provided if needed.
I am quite a quiet and self-contained person, who does most of my socialising outside of the flat (often on a bike), making this a calm and homely place to live, so it would be nice to have a like-minded person to chat to occasionally in the evening but you can rest assured that there will be no crazy parties or endless streams of guests.
I work from home most of the time so am looking for someone who will go out to work during the day (on weekdays) and then return to their main base elsewhere/ outside of London for the weekend - hence why this is just a weekday let.
Transport-wise, the flat is really well connected. It is literally 5 mins walk from Hanger Lane tube (Central line) & Park Royal (Picadilly line) so very easy to get in and out of central London. Ealing Broadway is also just a 15-20 min walk away where you can get trains to Heathrow/west of England and the Elizabeth Line (Crossrail) which, from November 2022, will go straight through to Liverpool Street, Stratford and other east London stations.
In terms of driving, the flat is also just a few minutes away from both the A40 and A4 which makes leaving London by car really easy as starting from here means you avoid all of the other traffic trying to get out of London at rush hour on a Friday night. On-street parking is available outside the flat (with a resident's permit) but note that this is in the ULEZ zone so the daily ULEZ fee would be chargable unless you have a car that is exempt.
