We have a room available in a three-floor flat, with the main entrance on the ground floor leading up to the first floor where you'll find a bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, and a little office. The loft room which is available to rent immediately is located on the second floor and comes fully furnished with a double bed and wardrobe. The room also features spacious storage under the roof and raised floorspace, giving it a very atypical and comfortable feel.

The current tenant is a female professional who works from her own office, and we are looking for a flatmate to join her. The rent is 750 plus 250 for all bills, as well as a cleaner for the common areas.
A free parking space comes is available just in front of the flat entrance.

THE LOCATION
The flat is conveniently located on the main road, just next to the bus stop (Church road) or 8 minutes walk to the Elizabeth line at Hanwell station.
