Lovely double room in Hanwell, Ealing

We have a lovely double room available in the heart of Poets’ Corner, Hanwell, Ealing, on the second floor extension of a beautiful Edwardian house. Please note the ceiling is a bit lower than the regular rooms in the house, but we've had tall people enjoying living here).
The room is currently used as a study/guest room, so apologies for the mess. As it’s not in constant use, we currently only have a single mattress that can be laid down, but we do have a double bed that we can put in the room. In previous years, the room was always used as a double bedroom (for a single person). There is also a bathroom with a bathtub right next to the room, which will mostly be used by you, as the only person living on this floor.

ALL UTILITY BILLS and COUNCIL TAX, and basic household supplies INCLUDED!

Quiet street with on-street parking, all amenities are within short walking distance. 2-minute walk to buses E1 and E3, 8-minute walk to Hanwell Station (Elizabeth Line), 8-10 minute bus ride to Ealing Broadway or Northfields stations. Heathrow is a 20-30 minute drive away, or 20 minutes by train.

Friendly and easy-going housemates, great atmosphere, lovely garden, adorable cat, heavenly place. 3 bathrooms, washing machine, dishwasher, fully functional kitchen, etc. All bills (including council tax) and basic household supplies are included.

We are friendly artists and professionals, and love living here. We're looking for someone kind, reliable and tidy, who is willing to share the cleaning tasks around the house, and knows at least the basics of cleaning. Our ideal housemate is sociable and flexible in sharing the communal areas, and can work around other people’s schedule, if needed.

The room comes partly furnished, but you are welcome to bring your own furniture, of course. The photos portray the room with personal accessories, naturally these will be removed when you move in.
