Room 5 Minutes from Elizabeth Line

The rent does include council tax, water, broadband and electricity. However, please note that I may adjust the rent (up or down) based on electricity usage. The property is in Council Tax band C if that is relevant.

I mostly keep to myself but but do enjoy a good conversation and have been told (on occasion) that I am easy enough to get along with.

I am ideally looking for someone professional, who prefers a quieter household and is looking for a longer term place to stay.

The house does have a washing machine, dryer, microwave, fridge and freezer.
