Double room for 1 person available in large 3 bedroom house in Haringey. The room overlooks the garden so is light and bright. It has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair and built in shelves. Share the kitchen with own fridge, bathroom , dining room and there is use of a lounge room and the garden. The house has wooden floors and fireplaces.
There are great transport links. Its 10 minutes walk from Turnpike Lane Picadilly line station and similar to Hornsey overground station with trains to Moorgate. Green Lanes overground station is also within walking distance with trains towards Barking and towards Gospel Oak. There are lots of bus routes at the end of the road including 141, 123, 341, 41 and the 29 bus which goes all night.
The are has lots of nearby parks, Finsbury Parks, Clissold Park and Priory Park and Alexander palace are not far. We are on the border of Crouch End with 2 art cinemas, cafes, shops, swimming pool etc and Wood Green is very close with supermarkets, shops and cinemas.
The house is to share with me, a designer who runs a fashion school and one other person female. We are friendly and relaxed.
The room is for one person. It would suit a responsible person possibly a student or a professional person able to keep their own space clean and tidy and clear up after themselves. Sorry no pets.
The rent is £690 per month inclusive of all bills, broadband etc.
