3 Month let for double room in spacious flat

Hello! I'm sadly moving out of this great Harlesden flat 3 months before the end of our tenancy and I'm looking to find a replacement tenant. If you're looking for a short term let (ideally starting May 15 and ending August 15) then this place is perfect. The start date is flexible, but any potential tenants must be willing to pay rent up until August 15.

The remaining tenants are 3 young professional guys who like to keep the place clean and often do things together at the weekend. We're all into fitness, and we'll often be watching things on the TV together in the living room come evening.

The flat is very well located, being just a 5 minute walk from Willesden Junction which has two overground lines (Euston - Watford Junction, Clapham Junction/Richmond - Stratford) and the Bakerloo line.

The flat itself spans over two floors (1 and 2) and comes with a great roof terrace, spacious living room and a large kitchen. There is a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer also. Our landlady is communicative and gets issues sorted quickly.

The available room comes with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk. There are also shelves to store some books.

Rent is £626 per month for the room, with the following monthly bills per person.

- gas + electricity: ~ £50
- water: £13.75
- broadband £6.75
- council tax (band B): £30.45
