Large double in spacious 2 bed (Harringay Ladder)

Hi, I'm looking for a chilled and clean housemate to move into a large two bed, split level, flat on the Harringay Ladder just off Green Lanes.

The flat has recently been decorated, freshly painted and carpeted and the room comes furnished with a new double bed, mattress and large wardrobe along with plenty of extra space for a desk if you like to work from home. The flat also comes with superfast broadband and full Sky TV (which you can also get in your room if you wish!).

The rest of the place is made up of a good size kitchen, lots of space for cooking and eating in, with all the utensils you need. The living room gets a ton of light and is a really cosy place to watch TV or work in, and there is a separate bathroom (with a bath) and toilet. My room is on the 2nd floor, so there's plenty of space.

A bit about me, Jack, I'm 30 and work in media. I work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays, and hoping you go into the office too! I'm a big fan of green lanes and have friends and family in the area, so I like to get out of the house to see them and have them round here occasionally too. Very much keen to extend invites wherever of interest socially (if a pint, a workout, or something more cultural!). I love watching sport, being active, trying new foods and visiting new places.

The area has an embarrassment of the best Turkish restaurants going, gym, grocery stores, delis, bars and a fantastic pub all within 5 minutes walk, Turnpike lane on the Piccadilly line about 7 mins away, and the overground taking you across North London about 10 mins away. I have some fantastic neighbours downstairs too!

Current room will be vacated end of June, so flexible move in date from around then.

Bills come to roughly £180 pcm. (Council tax band C)
