Hi everyone!
We have paid the deposit to secure this lovely 5-bed house (3 floors) near Turnpike Lane, but unfortunately we’ve had a drop out.
We are looking for someone to fill a double room (£800 exc. bills) and we need to move quite fast (reference checks ongoing)!
Move in will be 26th May on a 12-month lease, but shorter term rentals would be considered.
We are a group of 4 (2F 2NB 1M, aged 27-32) that have come together to live in a shared space with similar values around community building and common interests (yoga, meditation, dance, sauna, art, co-created events and silly fun).
We are an LGBTQ+ household but this is not a requirement to join.
Accessibility: The rooms are on the 2nd floor accessible by stairs (no lift) and there are bathrooms on each floor.
Housing benefits and universal credit accepted. Deposit is 1 month-rent (£800)
