Rooms available in lovely warehome

Hello!

We are a friendly and social house, looking for people who fit our vibe and can fill the hole in our hearts left by some of our housemates moving out.

Three rooms available as temporary sublets with the potential to extend after August. Ground floor warehouse unit featuring a large open living space, kitchen and dining area. Two bathrooms, and a large courtyard outside shared with neighbours. We love to eat meals together, watch TV, listen to music, do crafts etc.

We are a warehouse, but we're not a party warehouse. We have fun, but we're looking for someone who wants to live respectfully in a nice clean space. We have a weekly cleaning rota and we're pretty on it.

The rooms are unfurnished but there is potential to buy some furniture from the outgoing housemates!

The money stuff:
Rent is 700, and with bills it comes to about 800pcm. We have a shared spreadsheet for bills, including:

electricity, gas, water, council tax, wifi, coffee, cooking oil, cleaning stuff, ambience-facilitating-candles etc.
