We are letting a large double bedroom in our Family home. The room is newly refurbished with deluxe carpet, king size bed, armchair, desks, wardrobe, bookshelf etc. The bedroom is very big with high ceiling and bay windows. The room is very bright as being south facing. You also have a newly refurbished big private bathroom/shower. Friendly neighbourhood and very residential, the house is equipped with front and rear CCTV cameras and monitored alarm.

It's walking distance to local shops, super markets and Brent Cross shopping center. With First capital Thameslink literally across the street and Northern line tube station in 10 minutes walking distance (zone 3), it is perfect location for city commuters and mature students who studies in the city. You can get to Leicester Square within 26 minutes, St Pancras within 18 minutes, Kentish Town 15minutes door to door. The house is also very close to Middlesex University Hendon Campus, you can walk to the campus within 15minutes.

We are a family with a 5 year old child. We are looking for a Single female lodger who is either a working professional or mature student, must be clean, friendly, quiet, to share our lovely home.

The rent is  £700 per months (ÂÂÂ� �£162 per week), inclusive of all bills, council tax, broadband etc. Minimum stay 3 month. We can also consider short stay, the rate will be  £200/week for short stay (min. 1 week).
