If you are looking for relaxing home in Herne Hill, this is perfect for you. You will be sharing the flat with happy sociable person who also respect your own time and no more fighting over the shower in the morning (I take shower in the evening)!

The double room is next to the bathroom with double bed, shelves, chest of drawers, wardrobe and skylight and there is a enough space to add your desk (or DJ table, or sawing machine)
It's slightly separated from the rest of the flat (see the layout) and that's gives you a good privacy when you had a bad day.

Kitchen / Living room with sofa, dining table and all cooking kitchen stuff but no TV but I connect my laptop to the monitor and watch films and football matches.
You are very welcome to bring your TV and furniture and we can shuffle stuff around in the flat.

It's on the 2nd floor in the quiet residential area and located right between Herne Hill (Train to City, Farringdon, Kings cross, Victoria) and North Dulwich (Train to Peckham, London bridge), It's less than 10 mins walk to both stations. Also 10-15 mins bus ride to Brixton.

The rent is £650 pcm and bills £110 pcm (Electricity, Water, Council Tax, Internet), total £760.
we can share the cleaning or get a cleaner if easy for both of us.
The room is available from early-mid July.

You will be sharing with a Japanese female media production manager living in London over 10 years.
I have a bunch of friends all over in London and keep the party outside.
I enjoy chilling out at home and would be lovely to have a glass or two together now and then.

You are very welcome to join me for Monday night film at Ritzy, Japanese food marathon (rice cooker is available!) and hangover park run at Brockwell park on Saturdays.
