About the room:
The room has a double bed and plenty of storage, large double built in robe, tall chest of drawers and under bed storage.

The room also has plenty of Victorian character 🥰

You would also get the main bathroom almost exclusively to yourself, with the exception of any guests, plus the utility is in the main bathroom.

Council tax (band c), broadband and tv licence is included in rent. Water, electricity and gas is separate, this is currently around £100/month but we might need review if it goes up.

About the house:
Traditional Victorian terrace with extended loft, 4 bed 2 bath, large open plan living/dining and galley kitchen with dishwasher and large double oven. Main bathroom on ground floor through kitchen. Large and lovely garden when spring/summer arrives.

The catch:
The house will be listed for sale in circa April due to separation, which means the contract will need to be a rolling contract. Can start with 3 months lease and roll on from there. There will of course be as much notice given about moving dates as possible.

About me:
I’m 38 professional female, working in marketing/communications. I work Mon-Fri with 2-3 office days and from home on the others. I have a dedicated office space where I work.

I’m friendly and social and will love to have a chat, but I enjoy my quiet chilled time when I’m home. I usually cook most evenings when I’m not out.

I also have 2 friendly and affectionate cats who will make immediate friends with you once they’re comfortable.

About you:
This room would best suit someone who doesn’t need to work from home. Or someone just moving to London who needs an initial base while finding your feet but comfortable with the timeline to sale.

No smokers / vapers.
Not allergic to cats!
