Double room in fab Highbury location!

Hiya! We are Steph (33) and Barney the Sausage dog (2)!

We have a room available in lovely Highbury Barn. The location is amazing, there are so many cafes, delis, restaurants and pubs on our doorstep with Highbury Fields and Clissold Park a 10 minute walk away - as well as great transport links! It's a great spot :)

The room itself is a small double, it will fit a double bed easily and it's own mini-ensuite with toilet/ vanity. I also have some spare bits which you are welcome to use while you're living here (side tables, plants, drawers. etc). All you will need is your own bed. The room has a big sky light, which isn't visible in the photos but let's in a ton of light. As it's a small double it ideally would suit someone who doesn't wfh every day.

Estimate bills to be around £150pm, council tax approx £70pm.

I'm a Product Manager in tech space. Love food, friends and having a good yarn about whatever is going on in the world. I also love my own space and am a fan of keeping active!

Barney turned three in Feb. He is housetrained, good with other dogs, brilliant with kids and people.

The ideal housemate will be great with dogs (bonus points for sausage dog lovers), chill, tidy (but not anal), has their own stuff going on but also keen to have a drink at the pub and BBQs in the garden on occasion!

Ideally want someone who is looking for a short term let (6 months but I can be flexible and open to longer term for the right person). Happy to discuss.
