The room is the 2nd largest bedroom in our shared Victorian House in Highbury. It overlooks the front garden which is unusually large and lined with trees. You will have access to a ground floor bathroom which will be shared with our other lodger. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen diner which is shared, along with a verandah which overlooks the rear garden.
We are looking for a professional who is clean and tidy and who enjoys a quiet and peaceful atmosphere and does not want to party or play loud music at night.
The room is available from 29 April, but viewings can be arranged from this week onwards. I have bought a new bed for the room
