On Riversdale Road, a stones throw from Finks, the Bank Of Friendship pub, the Farang, Top Cuvee and Clissold Park at the end of the road
5 minute walk from shops and restaurants in Highbury Barn like Saltine, the Fromagerie.

Rate is for the room only currently and reduced as the rest of the house is in a slight state of redecorating currently - must be happy with this! The room will also be available on a more permanent basis and at a slightly higher rate when the decoration of the living room and kitchen is finished (likely end of June/July) - going up to £1200, with £100 additional bills.

Space for a desk/chair (we have a small table in there which you can fit a monitor on, but might want something more comfortable if WFH!).

We also have a loft bedroom and would be open to preferences for which room you would prefer.

You'd be sharing with an easy going couple, both in professional jobs.

Quiet road with lovely neighbours and the room is at the back of the house so even quieter!
