Inviting Room in Highbury with Friendly Flatmate

Hello potentially new flatmate! A little bit about the place. The flat is located in Highbury, just a short walk from Canonbury Station and the serene Clissold Park. I love this place because it offers a great balance convenience to central but also the calm leafy experience a lot of us are looking for these days.

One of the pretty spacious bedroom is up for grabs, and has enough space for a king-sized bed, dressers, and shelving – all available for purchase at a fair price (may last roommate has left them behind since he moved in with his partner).

Shared facilities include a well sized bathroom and a generously sized kitchen equipped with a few conveniences like a laundry machine and dishwasher.

Rent will be £1300 per month, with utilities (electricity) and council tax adding approximately £150 for us each. I'm a pretty easy guy, so house rules are simple: respect each other's space, no indoor smoking, and please give a heads up for out-of-town guests. Partners are welcome a few times a week, and mutual respect to the rules will keep a good vibe in our lovely home.

As for me, I'm Aaron, a full-time marketing strategist with an appreciation for exercise, tracking music occasionally (with headphones), live shows, and street photography. I value a good balance of socializing and personal space, and I'm hoping to share coffee runs to Jolene and pub outings with my new flatmate. I also hail from America and am happy to live in London these days.
