About the Flat
The flat is light-filled with a modern and spacious feel. There is a bright kitchen/living area that is great for both cooking and relaxing. Adjoining this is a large south-facing terrace that gets the sun all day!

There is one-shared bathroom with a shower/ bath.

The room available is a small double bedroom (£884), and probably wouldn’t be suitable for those WFH. The flat is always kept tidy, and a cleaner comes each month to keep on top of things.

We are two 27 year-old girls working in a mix of charity/engineering and healthcare. We enjoy cooking, socialising and are super easy-going and relaxed! Looking for a likeminded and sociable housemate to hang with💛

The flat is located between Highbury and Stoke Newington, within a 2 minute walk of Clissold Park, as well as cafes and pubs, ideal for Summer!!

Nearby transport options include Canonbury Overground (12 minute walk), Arsenal and and Highbury & Islington tube (15 minute walk), as well as several bus options.
