Highbury - Amazing Flatshare (Double Bedroom)

Hi everyone,
I'm renting my room as leaving on sabbatical for a year. The room will be then available as of the 1st March for a year (at least!) :-). Maybe longer.
The room comes fully furnished (huge couch, two wardrobes, two set of drawers (not the mirror) and a 46" flat TV which is also on sale - price negotiable - if not wanted let me know). You will be sharing the house with other two wonderful flatmates: Ivan - Spanish and Philip - Irish. Gay professionals on their late 20s.
All bills are included (electricity, gas, fast broadband and council tax). The flat is fully furnished with a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier machine, well furnished kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, drier machine, etc...and two fridges).

The flat itself is fitted with all you need so in reality or you would need to do is move in and enjoy the flat. The flat also has wooden floor throughout, is clean and has been recently decorated.
