Hi everybody!

I am looking for a new flatmate to rent a lovely double bedroom (my friend is moving away for work!) going for £875 in a spacious two bed, two bathroom flat in Hither Green!

You will have your own private bathroom, and access to a balcony which has lovely views. The living/kitchen is shared.

There is also a gym just across the flat (anytime fitness) and a mini Tesco's for anything you may need!

About 7mins walk to hither green station & a quick bus ride into Lewisham!

Qualities I’m looking for in a New flat mate:

* Female preferred

* Working professional

* Ideally looking for a down to earth Female who is in their late 20s/ early 30

* Not a big party goer!

* Social & enjoys spending 1 or 2 evenings a week watching a movie or catching up in the flat together!

* Clean & Polite

* Enjoys their own space, time & respects others

Abit about me:

I am 29, I currently have my own beauty studio where I do lashes & semi permanent brows!

I enjoy going to the gym, brunches, walks, quiet and chilled evenings indoors binge watching shows and the odd dinner and drinks out!

Monthly rent: £875
All Bills roughly: £150-£220
