I am about to move in with my boyfriend so I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy ending February 2nd 2025 with a chance to renew agreement.
🏡The Room
- The room itself has a very good amount of space as can be seen in the photos!
- Comes with a double bed and mattress, built in wardrobe/storage as well as some side tables.
- the studio is split between two floors with a fully equipped kitchen that includes a washing machine. The kitchen is shared with one other girl in the building who is very neat and clean.
- The bathroom would be completely yours and comes with a Italian shower that is big enough for me to lay down in! (I’m 5’2)
💰Rent/Bills
- Rent is £900pcm, all bills included and WiFi.
📍Location
- The studio is on a street with plenty of amenities such as a Sainsbury’s local, Nisan local, a pub across the street and some restaurants.
- Hither Green station is quite literally a 2 minute walk away and has direct trains to Charing Cross and Cannon Street. London Bridge is only 15 minutes away by train.
- There’s also lots of bus stops around that have buses that go to and from central London aswell as the local area.
The apartment I’ll be moving into is furnished so I’m willing to sell my table/bookshelf and chairs for £300 (negotiable) the table/bookshelf and matching stools are brand new, only about a few months old and the green chair is about a year old!
