I'm offering a newly redecorated and furnished double room in a two bedroom flat on Hither Green Lane. Freshly painted with new double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The room being offered is comfortable, with a large window offering lots of light, and with plenty of storage built into the bed.

Comes with a newly refitted bathroom (last six months), modern kitchen, and a large comfortable front room. Sky TV (+ Sky Sports & BT Sport), Sky Broadband included. All utilities and council tax bills included.

I'm a young professional who bought this property a couple of years ago, looking for a (relatively) mature flatmate to share it with. I'm clean and tidy (but not to an OCD degree), and try to look after the place well. I enjoy going out socialising with friends at gigs, pubs and restaurants (and occasionally clubs), and have them over now and again for dinner / poker / watching sports on TV. I also enjoy cooking and a wide variety of music.
