I am planning to move out of my room on May 2nd, and I am currently looking for anyone that would be interested in taking over my tenancy.
Room is located at the first floor of a house in Caledonian Road, 5 minutes walk away from Holloway Road Station. It takes less than 15 minutes to get to Central London via King's cross St Pancras station, so the location is ideal!
The room (20m square) is fully furnished (as shown in the pictures) and the common areas include a Kitchen (fully equipped with all utensils you need), a bathroom and a terrace for fresh air (ideal in Spring and Summer)!
Council tax, water and Internet bills are all included in the Rent.
My tenancy agreement is valid until July 2nd, but you can extend it after discussing with the agency.
