Hi, we are young professional couple in our early 30s: Helen (architect) and Dom (logistics manager). We have been sharing this beautiful place with our flatmates (another couple) in the past 3 years. Our flatmates will move out at the end of April and we are looking for calm, tidy, laid back sociable professional(s) to share with from 1st May.
Our flat is a beautiful spacious raised ground floor flat of an attractive Victorian building. It is a one bedroom flat, but has the size of a regular 3 bed flat. We have a large entrance hall with a flat screen TV, a large eat-in kitchen with door and window leading to a spacious back garden with benches, BBQ, a 3 piece bathroom with a large window.
The vacant room is a very spacious, quiet large double bedroom with high ceiling, extremely large window looking over a quiet garden. It is furnished with a large king sized bed, very large wardrobes.
Fast internet access.
Logistics: 3 - 5 min tube, shops, restaurants, supermarkets (Waitrose, M&S, Morrison, Iceland), walking distance to Odeon movie theatre and more restaurants and shops on the Upper Street. The nearest tube station is Caledonian Road/Piccadily Line with fast access to King's Cross, West End and Heathrow airport.
There are buses leading to the City and West End and other parts of London. Convenient buses from the property are 17, 29, 43, 91, 153, 253, 259, 271, 393. Walking distance to Upper Street, Camden Town.
The room would suit a couple perfectly.
The rent for a couple: £230pw ex bills or £996. 67 per month. Deposit is £1049. 66 (= one month rent £996. 67 +1 month council tax £52. 99).
The rent for a single occupancy is £210 pw ( or £910 per month) ex bills. Deposit is £945. 33 (= one month rent £910 + 1 month council tax £35. 33)
