Light, spacious double room in modern flat

Hi I’m Meg 👋🏻 looking for a likeminded flatmate to live with.

Love cooking so would be nice to live with someone who does too - cook with my current flatmate a lot and we tend to eat together.

Generally a pretty active person - always keen to get outside for a walk, but equally love a duvet day in front of the tv. Spend most weekday evenings watching Netflix with my flatmate - if you like modern family/new girl/parks and rec I’ll take it as a good sign :)
Not much of a drinker but enjoy the occasional night out.
Reckon the best part of London is the great food - love eating out or exploring markets with friends.
We like to keep the flat very clean and tidy and share the housework weekly.

Double room in a comfy 3 bed flat in Holloway. Fully furnished, carpeted and nice big windows. Back of the flat so no street noise.

Although there are three bedrooms one is kept as a spare for when my family visit (they own the place), so you’d be welcome to have people stay too. My sister will be coming up to stay in the spare once or twice a week for work.

Also the kitchen has a dishwasher - biggest selling point of any flat surely!

Roof terrace - nice little sun trap in the summer :)

2 min walk from Holloway Road on the picadilly line or a 10/15 min walk to Finsbury Park (Victoria)/Highbury (overground) so it’s in a really well connected area and close to lots of parks/green space too 🙂

loads of good restaurants/cafes nearby and upper street/angel is a fairly short walk away for high street shops and more restaurants

Move in date is flexible

Bills over the past year have averaged out to be APPROX £90pm (incl. council tax, water paid monthly and gas/electric paid quarterly). Then £15pm for wifi and Netflix.
