Double Room Sublet

I’m looking for someone who is clean and respectable as the flat is lovely and is my London home. So I really want someone who will look after it while I’m gone.

It’s a 2 bed flat, sharing with a lovely girl, she is super sweet! My room has a double bed and en-suite. It’s on the 8th floor with lovely views of the whole city, great location, 2 minute walk to Piccadilly underground, 12 minute walk to the Highbury & Islington overground train. 24hour concierge who takes in all packages etc. ALL bills etc included, also a cleaner every 2 weeks in included.

I will be putting everything in my room into storage. However I will be leaving behind my desk and chair, Mattress etc. So it’s fully furnished. There is lotsss of wardrobe space and storage. I’ll also be leaving behind all my kitchen stuff which of course you are free to use. I have an air fryer, nutribullet, juicer etc all plates glasses and all other kitchen supplies will be free for you to use.
