We are 3 young (female professionals) looking for a new housemate as one is leaving London. We are 25-27, our jobs range from marketing to higher education development. We all have our own lives, but we don’t want someone to just rent a room – we would like someone who will sit in the lounge and watch TV with us if they are in, chat about celeb gossip or have a few drinks!

We also like to keep a tidy household. We're not clean-freaks, just the normal stuff that makes the flat a nice place to live in!

The flat is on the first floor of a two storey building, has 4 double bedrooms, two bathrooms (both with bath, shower and toilet) and a large lounge/ kitchen area. It is in Zone 2 and a 10 minute walk from Holloway Road station (Piccadily line), 12 minute walk from Archway station (northern line) and 15 minute walk from Finsbury Park (Victoria Line). Also there are fantastic bus (and night bus) routes to Angel, Old street etc.

Nearby supermarkets – Waitrose, Morrisons, and Sainsburys local. There is a gym close by and it is a 2 minute walk from a large Odeon cinema, and various clothes shops. There is great choice for a local high street and a few 24hr shops close by!

Rent is £435 per month without bills. The room comes with a double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe, and there is a large built in cupboard outside the room for additional storage. Total cost usually comes to about £500 a month plus there will be an admin cost for references which our agents require.
