Sadly our lovely flatmate has decided to leave for pastures new and we now have a room available. The good news for you is that this might be your chance to live in an actual house (2 floors!) with a garden in a great location! We're sandwiched between Caledonian Road and Holloway Road on a quiet, residential street less than 5 minutes’ walk from Holloway Road tube. We also have easy access to Angel, Highbury & Islington, Highgate, Crouch End, Old Street and Camden (all just a short bus ride or walk away depending on how much you like walking.)

The room is big and fully furnished. There are 2 bathrooms (which is great in the mornings!) and we also have a huge open-plan kitchen/lounge. Unbelievably we have the added bonus of a decent sized garden.

A bit about us… We’re sociable and friendly and will often find ourselves putting the world to rights over a drink or two. We love London and are just as likely to be chilling at home as we are out and about. We’re looking for someone independent who is easy going and sociable who we can have a laugh with. Neither of us are clean freaks but we do keep it tidy. We go on nights out and have people round for dinners/drinks but this has never been a party house so we would like to keep it as a happy, comfortable home away from the (often lovable!) chaos of London life. :)

The boring bit: The agency that manages the property charges a reference fee (about £200 - please only get in touch if you're willing to pay this) and requires 2 references (current/ former landlord and employer), a recent bank statement and photo ID. Plus 1 month's rent as deposit.
