**Great room in a beautiful house - must see**

Hi all,

We have a great Bottom floor room in our amazing house in Holloway up for grabs.
The room is a huge double with beautiful period features, great wood floor and an amazing fireplace.

We are in a great location for commuting with Holloway Road underground, Finsbury park and Holloway overground all within 5-10mins walk, and more importantly a great little local (amazing food and good beers) 20 seconds walk away.

The house is spread over 4 floors. We have an awesome kitchen with the biggest oven i have ever used! All mod cons and large double doors which open out into our garden. It also has 2 bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the top floor and a large living room.

A bit about us...
Unfortunately I am the guy moving out of this great place, but you will be moving in with 3 great lads who are all easy going, like a good beer, very respectable gents who work hard and enjoy being in London.

The room is available immediately as I will be moving out within a week or two. So we will be doing viewings ASAP. The photos probably don't do the room justice so i strongly recommend coming by and having a look for yourself.

We are looking for either male or female and couples are welcome. (the price for couples would be a little higher though).

The room price is £750pm for one person and £950pm for a couple.

Bills are on top of the rent. All bills are roughly £105pm per person and that includes - super fast internet, great sky package, TV licence, gas, Council Tax, electricity and water.
