Great house share off Holloway Road

Our housemate is leaving us to go back home so we are looking for a 27+ year old female that can come live with us from the beginning of December. As we are losing a girl, we’d prefer to find another lovely lady to keep the balance as its worked so well in the past, but would of course be flexible for the right person.

THE HOUSE: Just over a 5 minute walk to Holloway road station (Piccadilly line), 15 to Caledonian Rd/Tufnell Park (Northern line). There are an impressive 3 night buses at the end of our road, and a load more on Holloway Road itself (I get the bus more often than the tube, so connected). GREAT location, Camden and Angel are both no longer than 15 mins on bus. Covent Garden 12 mins on tube. Ideal for a night out/bit of retail therapy. So many amenities on Holloway Road including Waitrose, Morrisons, Odeon, banks, Iceland and an abundance of 99p stores.

Split over three floors, there is...2 x bathrooms, one with bath tub/shower and other is a wet room with an awesome (verging power) shower. Kitchen with all the usual mod cons and table/chairs. Little laundry room, TV room (living room is a former garage, got TV and big comfy sofa in. Granted not the biggest, but does the job and we are always in there. Has exposed brick work...what more could you want?). Garden with table and chairs

THE ROOM:
Top floor. Double bed, loads of storage. View on to the garden. £575, bills NOT included. Never more than a £100 a month though (also includes a cleaner twice a month).

It€™s actually a fairly new household; Kareem moved in nearly a year ago, Chloe and I have moved in this year, so it'€™ll be good time to arrive and become part of the house. We all enjoy the obvious things; having a glass of wine, watching rubbish TV, cooking and socialising. 

As we are fairly new, it also means we have recently just gone through the crazy London house search. So I can't stress enough, we are just a normal, fun, sociable, active bunch of people that have their own lives but like to have a laugh and hang out together too. So if you want to come home to a nice house, a group of housemates that you can chat to but still be connected to central London for work and areas close to socialise with friends then we're for you. I'd even go as far as saying we are a housing 'catch'!
