The house is situated just off of Holloway Road on a quiet little residential street. With three supermarkets (Morrisons, Waitrose & Iceland), an Odeon cinema, every fast-food outlet, a host of 24-hour convenience stores and London's ONLY biker bar literally a 3 minute walk away - this house is in the perfect location for those looking for the North London lifestyle right on your doorstep!

For those looking for a quick and easy commute into work, there are several bus stops (most with 24-hour timetables) that serve the whole of London within a 5 minute walk and Holloway Road (Piccadilly Line) Underground station only an 8 minute walk.

Want a night out or a meal at some of London's best restaurants? Islington, Angel and Highbury are a 10 minute bus ride away and Camden is only around 15 minutes in the other direction.

* Reasonable sized garden (awesome for BBQ's in summer!)

* 'The Boys Floor' - Joey's bedroom and Kiwi Steve’s bedroom

Fourth Floor
* 'The Girls Bathroom' - bath tub with shower, toilet and sink

* 'The Girls Floor' – YOUR potential new bedroom and Katie's bedroom

The room that is available is spacious, with a double bed, triple wardrobe, additional behind wall storage, large mirror and small unit of drawers. You will be sharing a bathroom with Katie.

Now - the most important part - the housemates! We are a social bunch - we love spending time together, drinking wine in the kitchen, watching movies on Netflix and just generally being a family unit! We are seeking somebody who can fit into that scene and continue this amazing dynamic that we have created.

Joey, 28 - Travel Manager/Writer - Likes to think of himself as the 'alpha-male' of the house but is actually a big softy! Lives for travel, movies, girls and loves to cook (mostly to get girls!)

‘Kiwi’ Steve, 29 – Accountant – The newest addition to the house and already one of the most beloved. With cutting banter and biting wit, he and Joey combined make a comedic – albeit irritating – duo! Also, you can thank him for a lot of the badass new stuff in the house (thanks KS!)

Katie, 25 - PA - Our resident Aussie, the cutest little bundle of wonder you're ever likely to meet - with a hint of sass (and a sprinkle of sailor speak!) The little sister with the big mouth but even bigger heart!

If you like the sound of us and you would like to join our family, then here is what you need to do:
* Send us a short (one paragraph) description of yourself and why you think you would be perfect here.
* Tell us when you would be able to move in - our previous tenant is moving out on 2nd May and we are hoping for someone to fill the spot by then.

We will be selecting people from the responses and will hold viewings in mid April - we expect a lot of applications so please don't be offended if we do not get back to you!

* BILLS NOT INCLUDED - Around £100 pcm (council tax, water, electric/gas, wifi, Virgin Media)
* FORTNIGHTLY CLEANER INCLUDED IN RENT!
* NO PARTY ANIMALS - We like to socialise and we also like to party but as this is a terraced house, we do have neighbours and we like to keep the peace. When Islington and Camden are on your doorstep, why party indoors anyhow?!
