The house is in a great location, a 2-minute walk from Homerton over group station. The house has a spacious kitchen, living room, and garden, and there is plenty to do in the surrounding area.
The current tenets are a mix of UAL students and working professionals. They are all easy-going and super friendly. (They are all boys, but anyone is welcome.)
Rent is £3,350 split evenly without bills. There will be £50 contract change-over fee.
